I have always wondered whether a fly, flying inside a plane in flight and not sitting on anything, added weight to the plane.
How come, if a person accidentally touches something liquid or gooey on something like a stair railing, they always smell it?
And I've also wondered if you lived near an incense factory, would it always smell good all around your house?
Also, I wonder how many leaves there are on every tree in the world. I know there's no number that high, but can you imagine if you had to count them all?!
I also wondered why chicken is part white and part dark meat. What is it that makes the difference?
The answer to my question was found at http://www.straightdope.com. You all will surely find the site interesting.
to quote a song from captain kangaroo:
who put the food in the market, and tell me how high are the moon and the stars and i wanna know why, the rain comes down from out of the sky, who put the grooves in the record and how do things fly? I'm just about to bust from curiosity so please tell me how we get electricity, who put the picture on my TV tell me how things work cause its a mystery to me!

Oh wait, here's another one...
Why do you park on a driveway, yet drive on a parkway?
