What agencies do you all travel with?

I have not traveled in a while and am considering it. In the past I have traveled with AMN, had a decent experience, but this time around want to get on board with a few different agencies in case one assignment falls through and want to have the flexibility to choose. So besides AMN, what other companies do you all travel with? Thanks to all in advance for your replies!

Nope. I get W2s from all of them. Usually electronically and forward it all to my accountant. He takes care of tge rest. I use Traveltax.com.

The number of employers is not a burden but you do have to take care that you have all your W-2s. The harder part is filing a return in every work state (required) plus your home state. That is doable but can be a little tricky. Lots easier to use an experienced multi- state (and country if you are Canadian) like TravelTax. Don't bother with local preparers.

I am on my first assignment with Medical Solutions and so far have no complaints.

I am looking for a company to go on my firs assignemnt with. How did you end up liking this company?

The one I'm currently with is called HARTRA. Smaller agency but that's why I like them. So far so good on 7th assignment.

Actually it is really easy to research and find an assignment on Travel Nursing:The Premium Job Board. All you have to do is go to the "Search This Group" tool bar and type in your specialty. All the posting with that specialty will come up. All the agencies are required to post openly and honestly with pay rates to include taxable and non taxable and the minimum combined is $46 per hour but most of them are higher than that. This is where agencies who have the opportunity to be transparent with travelers are posting jobs.
