Anyone out there anxiously waiting with me for news of acceptance to the October 1st cohort for Cedars Sinai? The excitement and suspense is really tough for me! My "nursing file" was complete and ready to go on February 2nd, which feels like about 25 years ago. All my eggs are in the basket...I don't really have other options. I'm trying to pass the time by re-reading my anatomy and Microbiology textbooks. :wideyed: Also taking others' advice about relaxing and enjoying free time in case I do start school soon. I'd love to hear from anyone else waiting. Good luck to all who have applied!

Yes, my enrollment counselor and admissions person always spoke in Pacific Time! We were spoiled.

I am done with Orientation and am now on the 2nd ATI lesson. Got an 85% on the first one. Gotta step up my game already. Wish I could start on the Mosby thing, but that won't happen until October 1. Sigh. I have way too much time on my hands.

OOOH, I haven't started the ATi stuff yet, I assumed it wouldn't let me in (I did register with it....). Now I know what I'll be doing today! LOL

I haven't gotten in touch with a mentor yet. Did they email you? They said to wait and let them reach out first.

Yes, Geek and I have both been contacted by email. I got emails to my email address and a second email address that I had as a backup. Just as a precaution, you might check your contact information in the MyWGU Portal to make sure it's updated. I think we will all have the same mentor. If she hasn't contacted you by Wednesday or so, maybe call your enrollment counselor. Hope she's in touch soon!

I assumed I got contacted quickly because I trudged through it immediately...? Could be totally wrong, though.
