Hi everyone!!

I was wondering if anyone has done this program here in Indiana. I was just recently told about the program from an employee. I was wondering where clinicals were at, is the program completely online, and also was it hard to get into? I am from the Evansville area and was really wanting to know where clinicals took place. I was told in Vincennes Indiana.

Any advice would be helpful.

Thanks in advance

Just call and talk to them. It really depends on the area. I have an appointment with an enrollment specialist on Monday to see what credits I can transfer over. By looking at their program and the way it works, I could have my BSN close to the time I would have my ASN. Even if it's only 6 mos more it would be worth it to me. My clinicals would be in Indy I was told. But I live close to there. My understanding is it is within a 50 mile radius of your home.

The pre-licensure program has clinical sites (currently) in Fort Wayne and Indianapolis. Vincennes is going to be a site, but the timeline is not announced yet.

I have heard that if they can get enough people they will open up a site in Vincennes. I really would love to do this program it would be so much better than going to school 3-5 days a week.. I know you have to stay focused and that is not a problem for me at all.. I work nights and have a lot of down time to read. I normally can read a 300-400 page book a night. If they do open one in Vincennes then it would not be a problem to drive the 40 mins to get there for clinicals. I will be talking with someone tomorrow. I have requested more info.
