Your thread has been moved to the International Forum since this agency primarily works with foreign nurses.
There is already much written on them already, so not going to do it here. But you need to be aware of the fact that there is a retrogression in place and you are looking at several years before you will even have a chance to get to the US. No matter what anyone or any agency tells you, it is no longer a guarantee or done deal that you will actually get a green card for the US.
There are now many more applicants than there are visas available per year, many more. Suggest that you do some more reading before signing anything. There is much that you need to be aware of.

just want to know if its true that if your nclex expired you have to take it again even if you already have visascreen but not able to be there until my nclex expired????there are some humors that some are repeating their nclex...what a waste of time, effort and money...I've signed up to westways and they are now processing my my petition waiting for the approval of my i-140 but my all of my exams are about to expired next year....

Not sure what you mean by NCLEX expire, Which BON/BRN did you do initial licensure with? Licenses expire not NCLEX although there may be issues if the BRN deletes your file if you have not provided a SSN within 3 years, but you can move your results to another BON
You already asked this same question in another thread that was responded to by what you will need to do.
Please post the question in only one place and wait for the response to it.
Thnaks for your understanding. I knew that I had responded to something exactly like this in the morning and found it. It gets confusing for others when they know that they answered someone but then do not see their post, as it was on another thread.
