I, being the impatient person that I am, decided to make a thread to discuss the upcoming cycle of applications for Western University of Health Sciences, Masters of Science in Nursing Entry program.
A little about me, my undergrad is a B.S. in Public Health, but I always was interested in the nursing field. After getting my CNA license I decided that this was the field for me and want to eventually go on to become a Nurse Practitioner. I've been working on my application and I'm very nervous/excited to hear back (even though that seems forever away haha). Anyone else applying for this cycle, and if so what are your thoughts on the program??
I called today and was told that they will be sending out the early admissions interview invites the last week of the month, in 2 weeks, and the interviews will be in February. I’m surprised since someone said they were told that the invites had already started being sent out. If anyone hears anything else please let me know. I’m also anxiously waiting! Best of luck to everyone ?
You guys might want to check your application portal as well. I never received an email for EAO Day, but when I checked the portal last night the invitation was there!

I do not see the invitation in my portal. Could you please let me know where do you see that ? I also called admission just earlier, invitation are going out today, this weekend and the next two weeks. If you have not received an invite, do not worry. There is still plenty of time:)

I just got the email! Once you log in to the portal right before the checklist there’s a section that says Interview where you can RSVP.
Alberto is out until next week, so most likely a lot of us aren't speaking to him, but just a general admissions office person. They don't all have consistent information; only Alberto knows what exactly is going on and we can't talk to him right now.
Hopefully when he returns we can get more clarity and consistent information
