Hey everyone! I wanted to start this in case anyone else is planning on applying to WCU's ABSN program! I would love to connect with anyone that is going through the application process.

Has anyone heard much about the fall course schedule? I'm wondering what hours we'll be spending in class. I heard full-time but I'm not sure what that means in terms of class times...

Has anyone learned any new information lately? My Blackboard still stays that I am not signed up for any courses.

@nurse10974 I haven't seen anything new on blackboard. Did you receive an alt pin from one of the advisors for Summer courses?

Yeah I haven’t seen anything new on blackboard either. No one else can see the ABSN Nursing Homeplace on blackboard right?

I did not get an alt pin, and I haven’t seen Homeplace either. I bet we will find out more soon. The Summer classes should be starting before long.

Hey everyone. Make sure you've paid your tuition deposit and uploaded your immunization record. Once those items and any other outstanding admission requirements have been completed, they will create your Summer schedule for you and send you the details along with your alt pin. I just paid my tuition for the three Summer courses and the total was about $1,500. Hopefully this helps!

I did not see a deadline for it, but the first Summer course starts mid-May so I wouldn't wait too long.

@Mere I also still need to take CHEM 133. I have a couple of questions about it: Are you taking it through WCU? Is it online? Do you know if there are still seats open? Thank you so much!
