I just took the Teas today:blink:
I took it too, not happy at all with my score so I know I'm definitely not getting in. 72.7 proficient. I have never heard anyone getting in with a 73.

how is 73 not passing? have you checked their minimum cut score? i scored way lower than you but for a different program and they require 62 to pass the exam. may i ask what study material you used for the test?
it all depends on what was the highest score out of all the students that took the teas for this program. Supposedly they are very competitive, so I never really heard of anyone getting in with this score. I used the ATI teas study manual.
Oh i see. hopefully you get in. you never know. if not, will you study to re take the exam?
Yes I will, but for a different program because I scored lower than a 75 their policy allows you to wait a full year in order to retake. What program are you trying to get into ?
I was accepted into a ADN program in san jose, CA. but i failed the teas by 1 point. now im on remediation for one year so that i can retake the test and pass to be able to start the program next fall.
most programs around here only take your first score so even if i were to apply anywhere else and got accepted i would be placed on remediation with them as well. it sucks!
im currently waiting my study material for remediation from the program.
Awww! Good luck I know exactly how disappointing it is to have studied so hard and then not get the desired grade. Keep pushing you'll do great!
thank you. yes its depressing actually. I was sad and upset for few weeks. each day gets a little better but i will not give up. I started reading the ATI manual again while i wait on my study material.
wish you lots of luck as well :)
Hopefully the range in overall scores is not too high!
I bought the practice tests online and studied the manual for three weeks. The actual test was especially hard. I couldn't believe it had so many off topic questions
Do you know when they will be sending acceptance/rejection letters?
Yes! I studied for like 2 months and bought the practice test as well. The practice exam is nothing compared to the real test. The reading was super hard. Too much too read and such little time. I would say maybe 1-2 weeks after the last testing date.
