West Hills College Lemoore RN program Fall 2020

Hi everyone!

The application period for fall 2020 opened recently. I wanted to make this discussion for students applying to the RN program. I think this is a great way to discuss stats and questions that anyone may have In regards to the application and program.

I am wishing you all the best. Alternates, be on a look out for a call or email for a spot because I am forfeiting my spot to attend another LVN-RN school. Wishing you all the very best. Nurses stick together and I'm so happy to see the drive and force you guys have just as much as me. Keep working hard. Goodluck to you all and God bless!! Don't give up and keep applying. Your timing is different from another's. ❤

Sun4, What school are going to attend? CONGRATS on acceptance there too! I will definitely be on high alert for that call! ???? Brooke, if we don't get called for this round it looks like next fall 2021 will be great cohort to be in with ? from what I am gathering, this group would be the group we jump in to.

Yes! Seems like a wonderful one to be included in. I’m excited though that at least we may be together next year so we’ll have one person we know from the start!

Hi guys! A friend just told me about this site so I’m new to all of this. I think it’s really nice that everyone can communicate throughout this process.
Yesterday I got the denial letter around 5pm via my school email and I was so crushed. This morning before noon I got an email saying that my status was changed and I was selected as an alternate! So if I don’t get a spot this fall, I look forward to starting school next fall with some of you!

Diana,

I’m hoping I’m high enough in the alternate ranking to get a spot this fall. My hubby is active duty. It would be ideal for me to start this year because I’d be able to finish the program before we get transferred to our next duty station.
