West Hills College Lemoore RN program Fall 2020

Hi everyone!

The application period for fall 2020 opened recently. I wanted to make this discussion for students applying to the RN program. I think this is a great way to discuss stats and questions that anyone may have In regards to the application and program.

Hi! I am planning to apply to the program. Is the program good? I don’t know anyone nor heard people talk about this program. Do you know anything about it?

I haven’t heard of anyone really talk about this program. Although, from what I see on their website they have really good NCLEX passing rates.

I recently just put in my application! I talked to the West Hills counselor and she put my points in around 87.92-89.92. We were unsure of one category but I’m hopeful that I’m applying with the 89.92 points. What were your guys stats? Points?

Hi! I’m applying with 95.1 points. I still have yet to turn in my application; I’m turning it in tomorrow! When you dropped off your application does a counselor or anyone check your application?

No I made an appointment with the counselor weeks ago! And wow that’s really really good. With those points you should be in no problem.

My first choice is COS but I don’t think my points are competitive enough to get in. I’m hoping.
By any chance do you know when they start contacting people?

I just turned in my application today!

From what I was told, we will know our result close to April!

Hello. I too am applying to West Hills this term. I am hopeful that my application will be competitive enough to earn a place in the program. Good luck to everyone!!!

Good luck everyone! This is my first time applying to West Hills Lemoore. I turned in my application back in December. My points don’t seem to be as competitive but I’m praying for a miracle.

My overall gpa isn’t great and makes my confidence level at zero but my science gpa is competitive enough.

Waiting for the results is so nerve wrecking as it seem so far away. Do you guys know if you’re notified by email, mail or by phone?
