West Hills College Lemoore RN program Fall 2020

Hi everyone!

The application period for fall 2020 opened recently. I wanted to make this discussion for students applying to the RN program. I think this is a great way to discuss stats and questions that anyone may have In regards to the application and program.

I called, they had my email wrong! I’m an alternate so if someone declines I’ll get in hopefully IDK we’ll see... second time this has happened ?

I don’t know my points they didn’t say in the letter. But I called the 559-925-3490 number.

I'll try calling tomorrow. I didn't get a call or an email. I figured I would a denial letter if I didn't get a call. ?‍♀️

Hi guys,

I'm so glad there is a forum. I just wanted to share that I was accepted to the LVN-RN and received a call before receiving an email to my Westhills email. I was at 86 points and TEAS 73%. Don't lose hope. This was my second time applying.

I had 86 points too, but that was from my own calculation so it could actually be less but I was certain that I was accurate. I also got a 79% on my TEAS. I did not receive an email or a call. I will try calling. I just emailed them.

Everyone that didn’t get in! Apply again! Don’t lose hope! I applied last year with less points and decided to get extra points working and taking a class. Do whatever you can to increase those points! Good luck to everyone! Don’t give up!

Irene,

maybe they had the email wrong like they did with mine! It’s good to call and see that way they can get it figured out. You could be an alternate like me!!

Does anyone know how many alternates there are? And does anyone know the point cut off? I emailed asking these questions, but haven’t heard anything back.
