West Carolina for CRNA?

Hi,

I don't know anything about Western Carolina, but was considering applying there. Do you know anything about their anesthesia program? What is their reputation? Good clinical sites? Do you know anything about their curriculum?

If you go to the West Carolina University website CRNA program, you can find the answers you are looking for. It is a new program but is accredited!

IF you go to the WCU website CRNA school portion, it will explain all you need to know. It has not had a CRNA school for long, but it is accredited!

If you go to the WCU website it will tell you all you are asking. They are an accredited CRNA school though!!

I have been accepted for an Interview!! I have been unable to find anyone who has interviewed with WCU to find out the structure, but my interview is next month...I'll keep everyone posted.

I have been able to find anyone who has interviewed! Mine is scheduled for July 24! Do you know how many seats are available in the program?

I think that they choose 10 to 15 applicants a year.

Has anyone applied to West Carolina? So far I have been unable to find anyone who has applied or gotten in there? If you know anything please let me know. Thanks.

I am too looking at WCU - I live locally and this is my only NA program option. Though I missed the deadline for application for this year so maybe next year. I'm thinking of transferring to CVICU and then applying for the Jan 2010 class.
