Wesley College Info

I was just accepted into Wesley College for the Fall semester. If anyone could give me any info about their program (good or bad) before I make my decision it would be much appreciated. The price tag seems to be the only thing right now that's really scaring me.

Thanks.

Is this the master's program? I've emailed them 3 times with no response. Any info on the program would be helpful.

No I applied for their BSN program. But from what I understand about their masters program is that its an RN to MSN program meaning that you would only need an ADN or higher to qualify. I'm no expert though.

I strongly considered Wesley, price tag and all, but signed at DSU. They are a fairly new program but I have only heard good things.

There program is a regular BSN program. I never tried calling but the director of the program, Dr. Nancy Rubino is great at responding to emails. She answered all of the questions that I had. I'm not sure if I can post her email address here, but if you look on Wesley College's BSN webpage you can find her email address there.

Hi and congratulations on being accepted. As a faculty member, and a former student I can tell you that Wesley has a great program. Currently I am finishing the MSN program which you can enter with an ADN and eventually obtain a MSN (after going thru the "bridge" or you can enter with a BSN and take the graduate classes.

If you have questions, my e-mail is [email protected].

Thanks.

Before making a decision. Consider looking into the average time it takes a student to start clinicals after completion of prerequisite classes(A&P I, A&PII, etc). There may be a long waiting list for clinicals. So be careful. I would look at all schools Delaware State University, Delaware Tech, and Beebe. This is very important because most freshmen don't think to inquire about this at all! There aren't many hospitals in Delaware so clinical seats depending on what school you attend are more valuable than gold!
