I did not see any thread on May 2010 support group, so I decided to form a forum for us to share our view, plan and how to pass for the test. As we all prayer for each other to continue with this journey I wish everyone who is taking NCLEX-RN and NCLEX-LVN/LPN.
Join the excellent group!!:hrns&wlcm:

"Holy Spirit,
Thou make me see everything
and show me the way to reach my ideal.
You who will give the divine gift
to forgive and forget the wrong that is done to me
and who are in all instances of my life with me.
I, in this short dialogue, want to thank You for everything
and confirm once more that I never want to be separated from You
no matter how great the material desire may be.
I want to be with You and my loved ones in Your perpetual glory, Amen
Satnam waheguru God please help us all.
So come on board all futures RN's and LVN's let's rock this NCLEX together.

Hey everybody,
I just wanted to give an update on my results. I went in at 8am on May 10,2010 and I had the whole 265 once again. I left at 1pm feeling like I had been on a rollercoaster. It was mind boggling at times. I didn't get any audio questions but every three questions, I had a SATA then a medication followed. This was consistent throughout the whole exam. I got up this morning and checked the PVT. I was afraid to do the trick before wednesday because I didn't want to jinx myself. I got the good pop up and I couldn't believe my eyes. I wanted to make sure that it was true that I had passed, so I paid for the quick results. I had to see it for my own eyes that indeed I passed instead of failing. It was true. Finally, I can say that I am a RN.
Thank you Svalico for talking to me and providing me with support. You gave me so much advice. Thank you lollipop28 for posting encouraging words to all of us MAY test takers. Thanks to everyone at allnurses.com. Good luck to all of you who are awaiting your time to test. I will keep in touch and continue to provide support to all may test takers.

FINALLY I PASSED!!!! 2ND TIME MY CHARM.:)
My study materials: Saunder's 4th edition, PDA by LaCharity, notes from members here who are so kind enough to share and tried one CD in our Library that also helped me think twice before submitting my answer. That infection control mnemonics really helped me think what precaution the diseases are.
I have lots of SATA, prioritization, drugs, infection control, calculation, no audio.
All I can say is, I reviewed 5 hours everyday, and pray to ST.JUDE for guidance.
Also very important not to have too much materials to review because of confusions.I'm just glad that sickle crisis did'nt come out in my test.
Good luck to those who will still be testing this May.GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
Kalop,
I thought about you last night. I have been reading your posts here and there. This was actually my third time and I am not ashamed to say it. I got 210,265, and 265 again for the last time. I was nervous each time I took it, but I was determined to pass and I know you are too. Just remember that each time you take it that it will be like you are taking it for the very first time. Focus on learning your labs, infection control, and priority questions. The exam covers content and you just have to take your time. PM me any questions that you may have.
Lollipop28,
I look forward to reading your post that you passed the exam. I know that you will.
Good luck to you all and I will be waiting to hear your stories.........
