Hi all
Desperately trying to find an online 8 week microbiology class (preferably no prerequisite needed) for late fall towards November or December of this year (have a heavy course load at the moment), any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
This is the micro description from Colby college and the same Micro offered on edukan.

This is awesome! It is the same number so she can look into the course catalog and the numbers will match. Also doesn't say anything about online which others do!! Yay thank you! I already cleared out the screen but forgot to check. Did you do all your science pre Reqs on here? A&P l≪ Micro; Chem?
I just realized Stash wrote 5 credits. I need 4, definitely more than I wanted to spend but I guess my other alternative is UofP which this looks much better for transferring. So I guess we pay more for the convenience....;-( UofP is 1095 (military discount) including book, this course seems it will be at least $765 not including text. Do you need a test as well or does the 115 fee include that?

Thank you for all the help!
I took Micro at Edukan, the rest of my credits biology and chemistry were accepted from purdue university which I attended over 30 years ago. The $155 is an imbedded online book and it covers your lab fee. yes it is 5 credits but always o.k. to have that extra credit. I heard UOP of phoenix is not bad, but I cannot afford to take classes there as I only get partial reimbursement from my employer and refuse to pay $1700 for a class. UOP also has group projects whereas Edukan does not.
Also ChiChiMungo I don't know what difference it makes if the class is online or not. As long as it has a lab and is regionally accredited you should have no problem.
I'm not all that sure it does. Have just heard a few people state that they were overlooked due to it being "online" or the school wouldn't take any science credits done online. I know UAF does, that's where I was told about UofP. Just too gosh dang expensive. I'm going to call Colby if not today then next week and find out about signing up. Thank you ;-)

Sorry I think I miss worded the question. Basically when you send in your transcript to a school from one of those schools in KS, it shows as if you took the course there correct? What about if they look up the description? Is it going to be through edukan or that chosen school? If its edukan, I don't think she will accept it since its not an institution. I hope my question makes sense.
