website gives nclex results before 24 hours

I am in florida and this website from the health department MQA gives you nclex results before 24 hours just type in your date of birth and last 4 social...I passed so excited.. I have been going to he pearson vue website for results but I didnt have any yet just took my test at 8 am yesterday. My friend called out of the blue and gave me this website and I know every one on here wil be so Happy to have it also.
