Weatherford College Fall 2012 start

Well, I am not sure if someone has started this topic already but I wanted to find others who will be applying for Weatherford's ADN program this application period. I am scheduling my TEAS for next week. I am excited to apply and see how things go. Would love to hear from others who are applying this round as well. Thanks and Happy New Year!!!!

PS I have been taking my pre reqs at TCC.

We were not able to register for classes until the week after registration. They have to put you in the system to allow you to register and then you go online and register yourself. When you have to pay depends on your financial situation; PELL grant, scholarship, self pay, etc. I think you can also set up payment plans. I have a littman stethoscope and love it. But, there are a lot of my friends who have the one they sell at the scub shop in Weatherford and it was been good for them. You can get any color you want! They sell the patches at the WC bookstore and you can go ahead and have it sewn on your scrubs( LEFT arm 2 inches below shoulder seam). Their rules are Landau red, 1 top option for girls and several pants options. I do know that a few books have changed based on recommendations.

Have any of you turned in your transcript review to the college? I did today to the Weatherford College admin/counseling office. There was no receipt or anything and they said it would be completed in May or June. Just wondering how KL knows its completed. Everything else on our list had receipts of some sort to turn in. I did not have to do this portion on the alternate list last time.

ok, so don't make my mistake....transcript reviews get turned into KL and then she turns them into the office as a class.

I didn't get anything today either, even had my husband ask the mailman to recheck for it, oh well I'm not expecting it anymore until I get to pick it up myself Friday.

Not sure what to say :) I applied @ some other schools but WC is going to work out best for me & my family. I suffered through the TEAs 3 times to get enough points to get in. I am going today to finish my hep series & get all my other vaccines.
