yup..i thought id be the 1st to starting this thread-never too early !!!;)

well guys and girls ..it is time to congratulate those that have worked so hard that have been accepted in every fall 2011 rn program. great job:redpinkhe:redpinkhe:nurse::nurse:

it is time to move on to the next fall and spring round of movers and shakers :yeah::yeah:

I'm retaking chem, stats and nutrition to up my gpa for TWU. IF I don't get in this time, hopefull I will have a good shot for fall 2012. My GPA should be 3.8 by then. fingers crossed!

I am going back to the resataurant I was at before. The money is fine, it's just the line of work. I really like working in the clinic, Plus the benefits and paid time off aren't bad either :)

I think you should have a great shot at getting in a program for Fall or Spring 2012:yeah:

I know sometimes we have to do somethings to survive while we are in transition .but it is only for a little while!!:heartbeat

Thanks Tex, glad to be here. As far as the studying, not so well. I have been taking three summer courses trying to finish my associates and just finished the life Span course. That took up most of my time, so just started studying. It doesn't seem too bad though.

How is that Growth and Life Span Class?? I will take that in the spring... did you already take Med Term??

I go to TCC currently and I took an ITV class. LOVED it. Really interesting. I already took intro to psychology so that tied in with it. No, haven't taken med term. Only a few classes at TCC and really hard to get into. Should of taken it online at WC but didn't think about it.

Well that did not go well. I only got 80% (6 pts) on the teas. That puts me at 17 points. YIKES!

Well that did not go well. I only got 80% (6 pts) on the teas. That puts me at 17 points. YIKES!

I think some were accepted with 17 points Student

Hello all! I am taking the TEAS tomorrow and then dropping off my application. Ugh. At least it will be done. I have been studying the manual for a few weeks. That test makes me feel so stupid! Well, I have all the pre-reqs done, just need to nail the test. I have also applied to UTA. I applied under the academic partnership program, but I am really nervous about taking only online classes. I know a lady that is in that program and she loves it. I would love to have a BSN but I already have so many student loans out! Yikes! I will post my scores no matter how pitiful they are. Wish me luck!

Will do. I haven't had Chem so that is really like Greek to me.
