Weatherford College ADN or LVN spring 2016

Nursing Students School Programs

Anyone applying for spring 2016? I know its still early but just wanted to get a feel for "competitive points" since the system has changed within the last year. I only have 26 for ADN so I don't know if I will make the cut. Plan B is to apply to LVN because I would have about 12 of their required points then do the transition program (LVN to ADN). So ready to start taking nursing classes! Good luck to everyone!

Nope... they give u white paper and u have to turn it all in before you leave. It's simple multiplication, division, some minimal algebra stuff, and a few world problems.... nothing to crazy.

Anyone have ideas what lowest points for ADN was? I saw some say low to mid 30's but then saw one at 25 that got in and another that said at 31 didn't get in. Lastly how was the TEAS? Any tips? I took compass for another program and some said compass math was harder than teas? I was going to apply to the LVN program for this coming spring but ended up not being able to due to issues at home so I'm going to apply for ADN at the end of the semester for the fall 16 and wanted to get an idea I'm probably gonna be about 32 points applying in

Really somebody got in with 25? I didn't get accepted or even alternate and I am pretty sure I had 26.

I know I thought that was strange too she was an alt that was called the day classes started so maybe they just happened to have a lot decline or drop last minute

I'm starting in January, haven;t registered yet for classes...

Does anyone know how Clinicals are assigned. Is it first half that registers for classes gets A and the rest B?
