Hi everyone. Just wanted to start a post for the 2015 Associates degree of Nursing Fall program at Weatherford College and see who else will be applying!
I have 31 points before my TEAS. I probably wont be taking it for a couple more months. I've finished all of my pre and co requisites and have my 15 hours of BSN credits so I'm super excited to finally be able to apply :)
I wonder what the point cut off will be this semester? I'm hoping to get at least 6 points off my TEAS but 8 would be great! Comment if you're applying this upcoming semester! Cant wait!
Hello! I have been following this thread for several months and have leaned tons of information about the process. I have applied for the Spring '16 ADN program at main campus.
Could anyone who was accepted this fall share their current first semester schedule? I'd like to have another idea how the typical week looks like . Thank you in advance!
Hi if yall have a minute in your busy schedule would you give me an idea of scores that were accepted? I saw some say low to mid 30's but then saw one at 25 that got in and another that said at 31 didn't get in. Do yall know if they will award points for classes you're currently taking during an application period? Lastly how was the TEAS? Any tips? I took compass for another program and some said compass math was harder than teas?
For anyone who wants physical books...I was at half price books on hulen today and they have a copy of the taylor (fundamentals of nursing) book for $20. It's the, edition behind yall (the one we use) but it's the same text book (the updated edition is what we have access to online....and aside from exact page numbers it's the same)
Just thought id let yall know in case someone wanted to get, their hands on a physical copy of that book

they won't have the schedule up for the spring until registration starts for that semester.....I can tell you what our semester looked like for first semester spring 2015 (last semester)....but I think it varies depending on how they have to schedule to get everyone time in the skills labs/etc
Tuesday 8-5
wed 8-2
thursday clinical 6:30-2:30 (every other week)
friday 8-12
no evening classes.....but like I said it changes from semester to semester depending on how they need to schedule to get everyone the time they need in the labs
