Hey, folks...I have to wear an all-white outfit for pinning...and I was thinking a white polo for the top...but I have no idea of what to wear for the pants that still looks professional...anyone seen white looking kahkis? need some help!

Scrub pants (what I imagine you will be wearing later) come in a variety of styles and cuts. They also come in white
That is what looks professional: clean, well fitted white scrub uniform pants and a white scrub top (or, I guess, if you prefer a polo). You will unlikely be wearing the polo except outside of work; they aren't terribly practical for working nurses.
I chose a white scrub top that looked great at the ceremony and I haven't worn since (not enough pockets!!) and a great pair of white scrub pants that I wear at least twice, three times a month.

A white button down shirt and white dress pants?

I wore cute Dickies scrubs with the sporty pinstripes at the v-neck and down the outer hem of the pants... and I caught enough flak that I left my pinning ceremony early. And I skipped the awards part (and I had one.)
=) So either rebel and suffer the consequences OR probably go with the polo, white khakis idea OR plain white scrubs. I know Lands End has dressy tailored white jeans and chinos. My instructors wanted us to wear dresses, but I think you're a guy, right? So they probably would balk at that one too.
Congrats!

Please, if you have to wear a skirt to pinning, take the time to wear white hose with the skirt. Please don't wear knee socks and a skirt to pinning; we don't wanna look at your knees.
