Washington Hospital Center New Grad Program

Can anyone tell me when Washington Hospital Center's new grad programs start? I don't see any start dates on their website. I see they have Dream Days every month, but can't figure out when the actual program starts.

Also, has anyone been through the new grad program in the ER? I've read the other posts about the new grad program, but I was especially interested in any experiences people have had in the Emergency Department.

I would appreciate any additional information about the program - info not covered in the other posts about the program.

Hello, i am also going to the dream day on march 20th, im so nervous. this is going to be my first time in DC. im planning to drive or take the train from philadelphia the night before, since we have to be there early in the morning.

what 2 areas will you be in? I will be there April 24th as well...I requested SICU and cardiac icu.

I requested a general surgical floor and either the burn/trauma step down or renal if burn/trauma is not available.

what kind of scrubs are you wearing? the confirmation e-mail says please wear a nursing uniform or scrubs with school ID. does that mean we are exclusively wearing school uniform or can it be regular scrubs with a school/name ID pinned to the scrub top?

I also emailed them and requested if i could get a slot on april 24th and haven't received any confirmation yet. Just want to know how many days did you receive their confirmation after you emailed them. Thanks!

It took them about a week to receive one from them. And then about a week or so ago they sent it to me again

I dont think is the school uniform. I am just wearing a navy blue scrubs.
