Anyone applying for the 2019 class? Or have any interview tips/application suggestions? Most of my coworkers from the PICU who are currently in CRNA school were rejected almost immediately after applying to wake forest which I find concerning for myself but i'm applying nonetheless :)
Yeah, one current student said he found out right before Thanksgiving last year. From these posts it seems there were 4 interview dates and I think there were 10 people at my interview, so that could be 40 of us interviewing. Total number of spots is 24 minus how ever many they let in from the spring. Seems pretty tight!
Although from the presentation they said they interview the top 40% of applicants and the top 20% get in. I would assume that meant 20% overall, rather than the top 20% of the people they interview. If that is the case we all can expect to have a roughly 50/50 chance of getting in, but it also means they only get around 120 applicants which just seems kind of low to me.
Just have to wait and see now.

They specifically said not to discuss details, so I will only say you have a paper with instructions and 15 minutes to complete it. It has nothing to do with nursing or yourself, so you can't prepare for it.
