Anyone applying for the 2019 class? Or have any interview tips/application suggestions? Most of my coworkers from the PICU who are currently in CRNA school were rejected almost immediately after applying to wake forest which I find concerning for myself but i'm applying nonetheless :)
No. My status has changed to "interview requested", but I haven't gotten any emails.
Oh I see, the email saids im still considered for fall 2019 but there were no more interview dates at this time. Which is a major bummer. Do you have an Idea of how many spots they will have for Fall 2019? I've heard 24, some say no more than 30.
I guess the group on Monday was the first to interview. It went as previously described here and it goes very quick. 15 minute personal interview, 15 minute clinical scenario, and then a 15 minute writing sample. There was not nearly enough time to really let them know everything you would want them to know about you!
Of course, the clinical scenario was the most intimidating. They said I did a great job with it, but I keep replaying it over in my head and am questioning my decisions. But they did give me a minute to ask questions about the program during that, so maybe I made it through ok.
I know there are a few more dates, so not sure when we hear back. The packet said within 60 days, but a current student said he heard right before Thanksgiving last year.

So I'm thinking that it's good news then and one would be coming Monday?!
