Hey girls,

So nervous for next week! So the only thing we need to have completed is the background check right? And the immunixation chart, do we really need 2 tb test?! i had one done last year in may doubt thats valid right?

pdlf,CNA Yeah, I think so. I did the background check and emailed the scanned form to Ms. Smith. 2 TB test are required especially if you resulted positive the first time. I learned more about this 2 step TB test when I looked it up. I also was confused as to why we needed 2 TB test. I remember it was discussed in here that the 2 TB test should both be within a year of deadline for Immunization. Since your 1st TB test was last year in May, it has passed the 12 month period. You should be advised by your provider as to when your 2nd TB test should be after your 1st one. I can't remember exactly the interval of days between 1st and 2nd TB test.

What I did for my for tb skin test was went to a minute clinic at cvs. I figured it would be cheaper than at my primary care. I went and got one done and the then read. Waited I think 2 weeks and got another one done and read. I took a picture of the sheet they give you showing the results and uploaded that to verified credintals.

I had a TB test two years ago. So I still need to have two TB tests done before November 21st? Is that correct? I hope I'll have time!!í ½í¸

You will need two new ones. You will have time. That is something I wouldn't wait too long to get started on though.

So I have decided to stick this class out. I just want a C. If I drop it will throw everything behind. I have worked so hard for the last theee years. I went through a nasty divorce, my daughter tried to take her life, and I still managed to get good grades. I want this more than anything. I can do this!!! Thank you everyone for all the support and encouragement. No one ever said this road would be easy, just worth ití ½í¸Ší ½í¸Ší ½í¸Š

Hi all! It's been awhile since I've posted because I needed time away from the forum. I sure can't WAIT to see where I am on the alternate list in 1 day..woot! I noticed that the last day to order scrubs is November 3rd. I'm just hoping and praying that we're accepted on orientation day or a few days after bc we won't have much time after to order. We will have exactly 4 weeks to be accepted before the scrub order deadline. I wonder what will happen if we're accepted after the deadline? Again, we won't have much time bc businesses will be closed for the holidays. Hopefully they will accept us quickly, so that we have time to handle our business.

Thats a really good point Laila34, i mean some people from past semesters havent been accepted till days before semester starts! i would have a panic attack if thats my case 0.0 I'm just trying to be patient and getting mentally prepared for all the info we r gonna get tomorrow lol

I did the info session online before applying, today is the orientation for accepted and alternate students
