Let me ask you this...While you were taking your nclex exam, did you noticed that the exam had easy questions? Easy like, "I can answer these, they are not that bad". Think hard now, you can usually tell if you failed or passed by the difficulty of the exam questions.

also how many question did you answer?

i had 75 questions.4-5 satas,3-4 computations.the rest were prioritization.hope i'll pass.

I don't believe that to be true at all, I think it's definitely a myth. Questions that might seem easier to one person might be viewed as difficult to another person. I personally don't think NCLEX was that hard and I had questions that were content based (i.e. what is the clinical manifestation of certain common diseases) it wasn't hard for me to figure out the answers and I'm sure anyone who ever sat in a pathophysiology class would've gotten those type of questions correct also, however, even with my "easy" questions I still passed!!! Until you know for sure just keep holding out hope that you will pass and try not to analyze the questions because you'll only drive yourself crazy. Good luck!!!!

Without having to expose too much, I know for a fact that easier question, which are consider on the nclex as content questions, are a sign that you are answering the more difficult questions incorrectly. If you continue to answer content questions incorrectly, you fall below the passing line. Two options are granted at this point, either answer the next few questions correclty consecutively or if you continue to answer them incorrectly and continue to see easy questions then when you reach 75 question the exam will shut off and more than likely you failed.

Hey, it is hard to say and to bear these facts but if this is what happened on your nclex, well then more than likely you failed.

Sometimes, sugar coating things isn't the best way to deal with difficult situations. Give the facts, and then tell them, if you failed, shout scream and curse, and then pick yourself back up and study and redo the test.

Okay, I still don't understand your theory but maybe it's just me since I PASSED with mostly "easy" questions. If NCLEX was so simple to analyze how well or how bad your doing depending on the type of questions, then it would be more feasible that almost everyone would come out knowing exactly how they did based on their questions...but that is just not the case. I think people post here sometimes to try and freak out other people and create more anxiety and confusion.
