Well I hope everything works out but be prepared for them not to call at all. Some places even with the best intentions don't get to everyone that applied and will send a letter for denial. Did they say they would call either way?
You have to let us know; if they don't call pretty soon I would call them.
Congratulations! Don't start second guessing yourself now; wear something similar to what you wore the first time and as far as brushing up did they give you a general nursing knowledge test on the first interview? If they didn't we will post some suggestions as to what to expect.
Confidence; keep it real.
1st interview was pretty easy, some general questions of why I'm interested in the position, what are my strengths and weakness and from there, just basically any questions I had. I was relieve that I didn't get any of those questions I don't like such as "tell me of a stressful situation... how did you go about it and what happened...,etc"
I do know that this 2nd interview will be a panel interview. I know from the 1st interview, they want to make sure the next person they is compatible to the team.
Any advices? Suggestions on how to prepare myself?

Today's the day I get to hear back whether or not I get a second interview. Been waiting all day, and it's currently 2:50pm... don't know what to do.
My mind is running, thinking to myself... this must be a really hard decision for them... maybe they are preparing me for a not-so-good answer by having me wait all day...ah! I'm hoping to hear good news though.
I'd be so happy if I get this job though... my heart is :redbeathe
