Waiting game!

Oh the craziness of applying to nursing school Been there, done that! Not gonna lie, it can be stressful. Here's hoping to you that you get in. That month or two can feel like an eternity, I know! Keep your chin up, keep busy, and try to relax. You can do it!

I feel ya!! I applied the first week I could in November and won't hear anything until February. My marks are very good so I have the confidence that I'll get in, but in the meanwhile I'm hoping that there were no technical difficulties and that my current college sent all of my first semester marks. I'll be browsing AllNurses for the next month to make time go by... when there's no studying, of course!

My marks are good too, I have a 3.9 GPA and when I told the pre-nursing advisor this, he said that was great and once they confirm it, I should get in, but I may be wait-listed because they only have 30 seats available and they are first come first serve and tend to fill fast so we shall see! You guys are lucky you have to wait till February. I have to wait till late April/early May Anyway, good luck! Hope you get in!

I have to wait till late May/early June to find out who gets in for Fall 2012 (application windown is Jan-Mar). It's a long, lengthy process but all I have to do is take my TEAS to find out how I think I'll do as far as getting in...

Good luck to you all! I will know by late March, Early April if I got in for this Fall, otherwise I have to wait until next Spring. The wait is killing me!

I can relate! I applied in October and will hear in mid-March. My school accepts about 14% of applicants, but I scored high and am pretty confident. They said I "should" get in. I just want to know! I'm afraid of a few possible technical issues. Post when you hear. Good luck!

Playing the waiting game here as well. Application deadline is Feb 1,2012 should hear something by mid April. So I wait!

Same thing here. I asked my college to send my transcript to the university and applied during December. These last days I've had to call several times and send several emails to the university because they wouldn't upgrade anything and our deadline for NS is February 1st.

Finally this evening student records took care of everything. Phew! I was already starting to sweat! LOL.

Now waiting until mid/late April. Crossing fingers!

I am in the same boat as well. I just mailed my application with all the necessary paper work yesterday. I have all the prereqs completed with 4.0 GPA, and Associate degree in Natural Science. I am so nervous, I am really hoping for the best. Every time I think about it I get sick to my stomach. I will find out in March. I think I did everything I could possibly could now its all in God's hands. On the way from postal office yesterday I was praying so hard I don't remember how I got home. Oh I hate this!
