Hi guys, I don't think it ends in November 17 only. Check out this link:

I am also interested so I researched for it. =)
Vluna Hospital is not hiring new nurses at this time. The examination that they are conducting right now is for the "RN residency" thing.A "RN Resident" is also know as OJT nurse, meaning it is not for employment but purely for training only. After 6 months or so, they will issue a certificate that you have completed the training and that's it.Being in that TRAINING program will NEVER lead to being absorbed for EMPLOYMENT because those are separate entity. The training is not even a pre requisite or a part of the employment/ hiring process. Application for employment in that hospital is done with the PERSONNEL DIVISION and not with the training office (that is if they are hiring, but right now they are not), and it involves a very tedious process. And I must also mention that the process for employment is the same for ALL apllicants. Whether you are an OJT or just a walk in applicant, you will go through the SAME process. No shortcuts for OJTs. I hope you guys know what i mean....
Training being counted as hospital experience will depend on your future employers. Some consider it but most of employers only consider "payed" work wherein you function as a staff nurse and have FULL responsibility over your actions. Being on training doesn't give you that kind of resposibility. You may commit mistakes during training and the staff nurse is the one who will be held resposible because they are your direct supervisors eventhough you as RNs have your own license already. The resposibility that's on your shoulder is not that heavy when you're a trainee.
I know someone who have been a trainee and was hired after sometime in the hospital where I work. She can really tell the big difference...

never? as in never? oh my... this is so sad... i was considering vluna... but now, i'm confused. do i have to pay for that 6 months RN residency thing?
