Finally today the courier arrived with package, with our immigrant visas inside.

We hope to book the flight in the next couple of days to go over to FL at the beginning of September.

Thank you for all your help and I am sure there is going to be loads I still need to know in coming months.

I applied in 2001 thru an agency. That was ages ago, I never thought I'd have a change of heart after being here in UK for more than 5 years.

I already went thru 2 missed interviews from US Embassy Manila (because of my current location), then only requested for a case transfer last year which was the most sensible thing to do. I fortunately got through.

We had the interview on July 25 and visa arrived on August 01.

Well done - and welcome to the exclusive club!- We have been here for 8 months and wow what an 8 months that has been- I am currently living through my first AZ summer and to tell you the truth its been OK we have loved beening able to swim all the time and there has been load of places to cool off the Malls are freezing!
