What Members Are Saying (AI-Generated Summary)

Members are discussing acceptance into the VCU DNAP program, with some receiving acceptance emails and others being waitlisted. There is confusion about finding the Facebook group for the program, questions about relocation requirements for the program, and a discussion on the differences between a DNP and DNAP degree in terms of teaching opportunities. Some members share their excitement about getting accepted, while others seek advice on reapplying to the program.

Is anyone in here applying for the upcoming VCU CRNA application cycle for January 2025 start?

I feel the same way. I'm just assuming rejection letter at this point. Bc it doesn't take long to email 30 applicants.

I wouldn't jump to conclusions yet! They probably interview way more than 30. They have to see how many respond to the first round to see how many to send out after. They accept 30 to Maine campus and I think 10 to each satellite site. They probably interview up to 70 at least

I think as more withdrawal applications come through they will send out more invites!! They def have a minimum they want to interview so they probably have a second interview list. I wish you luck!!

Thank you! Good luck on your interview!

Just got my rejection email. Congrats to everybody who got interviews and good luck 👍🏼

Rejected onto the next

Congrats to all that got an interview! Based off of what everyone is saying, I think at 10 today emails went out to people that were the definite YES and NO for interviews. If you have not heard I strongly believe it is because you are an alternate for the applicants who received the opportunity for an interview and have until June 6 to accept.  Just my thoughts! Stay strong!
