I was rejected. GPA 3.96, nursing GPA 4.0. I have CCRN-CMC, TCRN, CEN. Do a few leadership roles. 1.5 years experience in level 1 trauma ICU. 2 years experience of ED.

your stats are awesome, don't be discouraged! They probably just want one more year of ICU experience. Keep applying, go broad. I know it's super frustrating but the development of my knowledge between 1-3 years was kinda insane.
To answer the other person: I got an interview. My GPA was a 3.9. CCRN-CMC. 5 years exp in ICU. Level one trauma, teaching hospital. All devices trained. Code/rapid team. On a council. Policy developer. Leadership role. But tbh I'm not holding my breath. There are so many qualified people and this interview style makes me a lil nervous. We are all deserving, I wish you all so much luck!

Correct, I'm not sure if it was my resume or CV, but super discouraging

I'm a firm believer that God will match you to a university that matches your needs. I know it's discouraging but you have something better in another school. Any school will offer an spot with a GPA of 3.96

I did not get an interview- 10 years ICU experience, 6.5 years of that at one of the highest acuity SICUs in country. Charge, throughput, preceptor, etc. FNP x 3 years, lead APP. I do NOT have my CCRN so def one of the reasons I am assuming I was an immediate no. Nursing GPA 3.9, FNP GPA 4.0

It's weird knowing GPA that high is an immediate no.

I'm also an FNP and PICU nurse. I was wondering if the FNP also affected the rejection even though I'm still working bedside and as a provider both.

I will say my GPA is not as high 3.66 for FNP

Do you have your CCRN?

Those of you posting your stats and high GPA, which campus did you apply to?

I would think it's because of only 1.5 years in the ICU since everything else sounds good. Also, I would ask them for feedback on what to improve. It just sounds like a matter of time before you get in.

The CCRN was a requirement this year, it was on the bulletin.
