  1. Thanks!! I don't think I'll apply. I think I'm going to retake courses and take a grad level course and apply for the next cycle as my BSN GPA is not great.
  2. OK great! I only have gen chem 1, so I'm set on taking gen chem 2, and organic. I have CCRN too. No GRE. I'm going to take a grad level course to make up for the BSN. Thanks for replying! Congratulations and good luck!!!
  3. Ugh! That happened to me at another school I interviewed at. It was a super simple question and I was speechless for like a minute super nervous!! But I gave the right answer eventually LOL I got waitlisted there so don't be super discouraged.
  4. Hi do you mind sharing your stats. I attended the info session yesterday and feel a little discouraged. My GPA for my nursing Associates is 3.7. BSN is 3.1 (had a lot going on, didn't focus on it as I should've) I have 6 years of ICU, Neuro ICU. CVICU at level 1. Only one general chemistry , got a B. But she (admissions person) was very adamant about them preferring organic or biochemistry. I'm enrolled to take gen chem 2, and currently re-taking A&P1 since it is at the 10 year mark and will re-take Microbiology for the same reason.
  5. Barton College. University of New England. Survey of chemistry is not good enough or chemistry for healthcare. You can have general chemistry 1, that's what I have but it says on the website they prefer organic or biochemistry. But it seems like most people here just have general chemistry. I took general chemistry at my local community college earlier this year. (I live in VA)
  6. Does anyone have any recommendations for online advanced pathophysiology courses?
  7. Just got off the phone with them. Admissions person said there's no ranking system, that the board basically goes back to the waitlist pool and picks someone and lets them know to contact us but they don't have access to any information and they don't tell people what their place is in line
  8. OK thanks. You have to be admitted in order to do the CWO right?
  9. For those who got in, do you have grad level courses? If so, from where? I know they asked that at the interview so they must care about it.
  10. There isn't a way. There's no ranking system according to their website so no idea how it works.
  11. Well I was super nervous at first and I think that affected me, but after that I felt more comfortable and it went better.
  12. Have you applied anywhere else? I applied at VCU but didn't get in
  13. I literally just checked the portal and was going to ask here if we're supposed to see something there, but mine just says application status: completed. No call, no email.
