Villanova BSN Express Spring 2015

Hi, my name is Mike. I'm opening this thread to connect with other people who are applying or have been accepted to the BSNExpress program at Villanova for Spring 2015. Feel free to share any thoughts and suggestions you might have and to ask questions. Hopefully this forum can serve as a way for us to get to know each other a bit prior to the start of the program.

Hello, no they don't put you on probation, it has nothing to do with your GPA, you are given a written scantron paper exam after each subject and if you do not pass with a 70% or better, your dropped from the program.

I posted the same thread because I was unsure if I did it right or not.

Congrats Laura and Warriortec! I finally interviewed yesterday and had a great experience! I had a tour of the building, met a few professors, and walked around the campus a bit. I went to Philly and back in one day, so it was a long one. I think the interview went very well, so now it's just the waiting game for me.

Ahhh I am still waiting to receive my letter! A decision was made October 28th and still nothing!! It is killingggg mee :)

Guy's don't worry, if you got accepted your going into a good program. I just wish I got above a 70% on my medsurge exam or I would still be in the program. The good thing about Villanova's program is that you get breaks a week long at certain points. I wish each of you good luck, and once your in please study hard because if you drop one test under 70% you wont get another shot. I wish I was still in the program but I dropped a test so I wont be graduating with my class July 2015.....Good luck to all.

Congrats to every one who got accepted. My status is still under review. So sad :(

But I got another interview invitation at another school. So if I'm not accepted at Villanova, may be I'll go the other school. Keep praying, waiting and optimist. :)

When did they say the deposit was due? I am afraid my letter got lost and I will miss the deposit date :( ahahaha

Mine says Dec 12.

Tocana, the deposit deadlines are dependent on when you were accepted. Mine was due October 31st

I received my letter Monday, my due date is also Dec. 12th.

I just emailed Kristin to see what was going on. Also, is anyone taking Patho at Villanova? I think I am just going to suck it up and take it there...
