Hi,

I see you're going to attend Victory College of Nursing. I've just discovered this school while researching online today.

Regarding clinicals, is the 7 days scattered throughout the term or is it 7 days straight?

I live in California and I'm trying to search for a hybrid LVN to RN program.

Thanks!

I looked at the Victory College site today. Here is what they say about their faculty. FACULTY. From the Victory College Website

"Our Faculties are well-qualified and experienced professionals committed to our “students’ success first” philosophy." Here is the correct usage for faculties:

 It is FACULTY! not faculties.

This school 'Leaders' don't even know conventional English--- You are wasting your money if you go there.  The school will figure out somewhere/somehow to block you from getting to NCLEX after you have worked so hard,! BTW a bad score on NCLEX is is a composite of 10% LESS than the National Average.  (for example -- the National pass rate is 82 percent.  A school will not go on the state BON radar until a pass rate of 71 percent).

And you want to spend around $15,000 to find about how they:

1) have limited clinical placement, limited number of students, limited placement spots, limited Florida spots!

2) blame you for not studying enough?

3) limit your thirst for knowledge when you are just holding your head above water?

4) limit your future career opportunities because you attended a non-NLN program or attended a programs that shows, (when searched on the Internet) you went to a sub-par ADN program.

Why do I feel I am watching an episode of 'Sch*** Creek" when I look at schools like this?

If you do not believe me....look at previous posts on ICHS and many other Florida schools.  A new one pops up every year!

PS, An ADN should be awarded after 60 semester credits. A BSN after 120 semester credits.

Successfully complete at least 72 semester credit hours of study. The 75 credit hours must also include a minimum of 30 semester credit hours of relevant general education courses combined with a minimum of 42 semester credit hours of designated major courses.

Is it 72 or 75....Let's just make up a number! This was copied from their website!

An ADN is usually granted after 60 credits of study. The school in question is getting tuition and your work for another semester.
