Hi! Did anyone here tried to apply in this hospital? What are their requirements? And how are their hiring process? Thanks!
to nezzyrn..do they prioritize their graduates? or u nid backer? coz wen i went der, they asked me if i have referral... tnx
not really, they give fair opportunity to every applicant as long as you're able to meet the requirements especially the PRC Board Rating and GPA. But if you know someone who holds a position at VRPMC, of course you can always ask that person to follow up on your application status every now and then, thus it could speed up the process.
I just went there this afternoon. Here are the complete requirements. It says that you have to arrange them according to the order in the list and bring the originals when you are already hired

woah! that's fast! Are you from their school? or did you pass a referral letter?
Are they accepting applicants now? I passed my resume last 2008 and I did not get any call from them. I tried to inquire again for my application, they told me that the graduates of their own school are being prioritized. I did not follow up since then.
Is it true that they are into hiring again? I don't have someone to back me up.

No, I'm not from their school, and I didn't pass a referral letter. The lady at the HR told me that I might be scheduled for an exam, and they told me to call the next day. Unfortunately, they haven't scheduled an exam date yet, so I guess I just have to wait for their call.

i just resigned from this institution and it was a great experience working with them for more than 3 years.
to all who are applying, just give it a try. once you get hired you wont regret. not really a prestigious hospital when it comes to their buildings and infrastructure but there medical and nursing services are excellent. has very accommodating staff, lenient superiors, a very good ground for training and improving your nursing skills especially 8th floor, the most toxic area yet intellectually and personality stimulating.
Good Luck!
