I took mine Friday afternooon and it stopped at 75. I think I failed! It seemed like there was a disproportionate amount of med surg, priority and mental health questions, but not a single SATA. It's really freaking me out. All my friends who passed had at least 2 SATA questions.
My initial feeling was that I could have done better, thinking that I failed. I came in expecting to get more than 75. After 75, I knew I should have more questions, to get a better chance, because it seemed like I guessed more than half.
getmore, ou should consider Suzanne's4 plan. i seen so may success stories using her plan. best of luck to you. Please dont stop chasing your dream!
That's what I've been trying to work on since I learned the info. Thanks a bunch for the support:)
I'll do the work.....someday i'll just laugh it all off!:chuckle Life is too short for a drama:)
I know how you feel. I just my results back and also failed. I felt the same way leaving the test. But unlike you I cried when I saw I failed. Good Luck when you retest.
Good Luck to you too! We are going to make it. It's just one more step to becoming a nurse. Just a little bit more effort I guess:p:chuckle
What important is you NEVER give up!!!!!!:)
I'm sorry you failed. I failed the exact same way. Shut off at 75 questions, had 0 SATA, lots of teaching and priority and 5 med calcs that totally screwed me up. Good luck to you when you retest!!
I've read some of your posts regarding studying differently for the retest. As for me I'm finishing up Suzanne's first tip and will wait for her email on the 15th of Aug. I thought I should give it a shot since I've read a lot of good feedback about her plan. I decided to stick to her plan. The more materials I use....the more I get confused:confused:. Just relax..take it easy. We have to handle our problems well, especially we are going to become an RN. Remember we are going to handle not only our problem but other people's problem as well.
Stay positive and goodluck!:)
hang in there... I know exactly how you feel. I didnt pass 2 weeks ago, my first time, and felt very discouraged. I gave myself a week and then started studying again. The only way to get through the disspointment is to remain confident in yourself. We must have odviously done something right to have graduated from nursing school.... it's just a matter of focusing on the net hurdle.
