HEY GUYS! IM STARTING VEEB IN September I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS.IS THE PROGRAM VERY INTENSE AND WHERE DO THEY DO CLINICALS?

Hi everyone first day of virtual school was OK although for some reason I couldn’t join my first class this morning  IDK what was the problem with the chrome book? so I guess I received an absent for the first class(Fundamentals).. also 5classes and so much information for each ??!

@Tonitoni91 Yea I was having issues with the zoom link for my second class. I used my own computer and I had to click the link 5 times before it worked. Oh no that sucks that you missed your first class. Hopefully they give you a pass since it was the first day. I’m going to spend the weekend making flashcards.

@Tonitoni91 Make sure to reach out to (MODERATOR EDIT OF NAME) about the absence..which wasn’t your fault..remember like I said before you have to stay on top of these people because most times they will not give you a pass..I believe your allowed to be absent 25 hrs per semester of regular class room time ..and for if you can afford a different laptop I’d said invest in one because that chrome book is TRASH. I used my MacBook. Also were the PowerPoints I sent the same or did they change them up?

Yes I did reach out to her and she said she’ll fix it Yes the powerpoints were the same some stuff similar and I already have two quizzes next week one for scientific foundation and the other for vocational adjustment ??… how is studying for your NCLEX going ?! Wishing you all the best you’ve been such a great help to me and others on this platform

@Tonitoni91 okay great!! Studying is going good .some days I get lazy not gonna lie LOL but overall I’m doing okay. Still waiting until they submit our docs to the state which we aren’t sure when that will be. Scientific foundations was a breeze for me..vocational adjustments had math and math is not my strongest point LOL but with the help of my classmates I was able to do well in vocational adjustments. Flash cards in scientific foundations will help with the memorization. 

Yea they waste no time with those quizzes LOL..a lot of ppl left my before they even got to take quizzes because of the course load but if you study and do your hw you will be just fine. I’m here to help ?

@BMP1117 What are the quizzes like for Scientific foundations? Are there a lot of questions? Does she put a lot of definitions? Are there fill in the black questions? I wasn’t expecting her to give a quiz so soon. I’m worried about the vocational quizzes. Math is not my strong point. ?☹️ I need a study buddy but I don’t know my classmates well enough. I’m happy we have three days off so I can catch up on studying.

Yes I’m not good in math at all ???! But will try my best @Lisha33 what class are you in ? Yes I wasn’t expecting a quiz so soon but since we only went over module one so far !! I think we should just try to study and retain everything from that module ..
