VCC Fall 2021

Hi! I thought I would make this as I did not see one already made! I have never applied to VCC before, so any info anyone has would be amazing!

When you wrote it, did it have topics not on the sample like roman numerals or ratio/proportion? Or was it just the sections covered in the sample test?

I applied back on February 10th and mine did not get updated till mid March, however they still same I am missing the Casper but I sent it to them the same day.

My grades have been received. I submitted a scanned transcript through email on Feb 12 and it took them about a month before they updated it. I'm sure they'll update yours soon!

Has anyone taken the math assessment yet? Does it show you the whole test right away on the computer or does it ask one question at a time? Also, do you see your result right away? Thanks.

It shows you one question at a time and you are able to skip and come back to questions, you get your test results by the end of the day

Hey guys! ? I just applied to the VCC program. I already completed CASPer and the math assessment, so now I’m just waiting to hear back from them! I really hope to get in because I’ve been focusing on my prerequisites since my high school graduation in 2019.

They won't be sending out acceptances until June.

Wondering if anyone here has applied to other schools or is VCC your first choice?

Hi guys! I’m applying as well for this intake. It looks like they received my post-secondary transcript but require my high school one as well. What email did you guys send your high school transcripts to? Also, does your CASPer note on the application summary say that you have to go to the CASPer website to check that it’s been received? I checked the CASPer website and it shows the results have been delivered already but it doesn’t state explicitly received” or “complete” on the application requirements on the VCC website.

Hi have you already taken the math assessment? Did you just review using the practice questions? It's been a while since I've written a math test so I'm little nervous for it.
