Hi everyone! 

I haven't seen a post for VUMC's nurse residency Summer cohort so I wanted to make one!! I know that the application doesn't close until Feb 8th but just wanted to see if anyone has heard anything:)

I got asked for a department conversation today too! it was for Peds ED, they must be doing peds today!

I just got the email that I will be called about a department conversation within a week. I am applying for behavioral health!

I just got the email about the hiring department conversations as well! I applied to the Adult Critical Care track and got into the Burn ICU program.

I got an email today for a hiring conversation with the PICU!

Anyone know anything about the adult critical care track? Also does anyone know how many people get invited for a conversation? Is it good odds if you get an email?
