I had my interview yesterday and got a job offer today!

Just a heads up for everyone! I was told by my director that a lot of people's school emails were blocking the emails from vandy. This happened with my department so they actually called me to follow up and send an email to my personal account. I would send a follow up email from your personal email account asking if there were potentially any emails sent to your school account that were blocked!

"We generally interview 2-3 times the number of applicants that we plan to hire based on size of the department and staffing needs." This is from the VUMC nurse residency site.

I just got the email that I will be called about a department conversation within a week. I am applying for behavioral health!
