Unless you get waitlisted but recommended for hire, I think you only have a chance for what you’re interviewing for. At least according to older threads ?

Hi Everyone! I haven't seen anyone post about this yet but I received an offer for my first track after having a department conversation! I can't wait to keep checking this and seeing once everyone hears and good luck to everyone!

Has anyone who received an email for a department conversation not heard from the actual department yet? Tomorrow will be one week since I was told the PICU would reach out so I’m getting a bit nervous ?.

Just a heads up for everyone! I was told by my director that a lot of people's school emails were blocking the emails from vandy. This happened with my department so they actually called me to follow up and send an email to my personal account. I would send a follow up email from your personal email account asking if there were potentially any emails sent to your school account that were blocked!

I would love to hear from anyone who has joined the Vanderbilt nurse residency. I was offered a position with Ascension St. Thomas in an area that I want, but Vanderbilt is also potentially going to offer it to me. I'm trying to compare the two and decide. Please help if you have any input.
