Got accepted into the Surgical ICU! Thinking of moving down from boston around July 1?? Anyone have any ideas about where a good place to live is?

Has anyone heard of people getting off the wait list? When do accepted applicants need to make their decision by? Also wondering if people plan on reapplying for the new October cohort :)
