What are your thoughts on skype vs in person interview?

I know they prefer on-site... but its so much money to fly out there without it being guaranteed!! (I am from CA).

I understand how you feel squishycell! I'm from Massachusetts, I'm considering flying out there to do an on site interview to show my passion for this position; however, I have heard of people being offered positions who did the Skype interview. My guess is you could be just as safe with that, considering California is so far!
