I’m not really sure since I couldn’t really find any admission statistics on line. This is the only thing I found from someone from an older thread who posted this and said they got it on an admitted students day or something

wow thank you, the average GPA is frighteningly high for the bachelors degree other than nursing category of those admitted.

Yeah it’s pretty high but the number of students admitted out of the number of students who applied is higher than I expected!

Are we thinking we will hear back tomorrow or later next week?

I am almost positive it is tomorrow. Happy valentines to us LOL!

If it goes like the last few years, it should be tomorrow by the end of the day.

I feel you 100%. I've been so impatient with all of my application decisions! I got rejected by UC San Francisco and University of Hawaii, an interview with SeattleU, and an acceptance from Johns Hopkins! Other threads mentioned that UCLA and UCI already sent out acceptance / waitlist emails.. Haven't heard anything from them so I'm assuming I got rejected. I'm still waiting on San Francisco State, Cal State Fullerton, Vandy, UC Davis, University of San Diego, and University of San Francisco!

I'm already 95% sure I'm going to Hopkins after visiting Baltimore this weekend. Hopkins gave me a generous scholarship and is cheaper than Vandy. When I talked to the Associate Dean over the phone, she mentioned that they offer student loan repayment if I work for their hospital post-graduation. I also yearn to explore the east coast as I've been in California all my life and I must say I fell in love with the city and its weather! Not to mention that I am very impressed with JHU's prestige and reputation.

How about you? I wish you the best of luck! ?

Johns Hopkins! OMG congratulations!! I got accepted to Emory and waitlisted at Belmont. I am so confused as to how these acceptances work, since Johns Hopkins and Emory have more prestigious programs than those that did not take us???

Thank you so much! Congrats to you as well on Emory. That's so fantastic! I almost applied there but ended up pulling back on it since I already applied to so many schools. I wasn't approved for many application fee waivers either so RIP credit card. LOL.

I KNOW! It's also disappointing that the rejection emails don't come out the same time as acceptance / waitlist letters... I saw too that the waitlist position numbers that have been released are in the range #20-#30 so respectfully, I don't think it would make any sense to wait on those many students before sending us an official rejection letter. The silence is killing me!

Oh wow! I had no clue waitlists had set numbers. I agree! Decisions should all come out at the same time. I believe Vandy releases them all at once, correct? Yes no or waitlist?
