I have not seen a thread for the Vanderbilt Nurse Residency program for Winter 2021 and thought I'd make one! I am currently in the process of applying. I am on my first part of my application. I would love to hear whose applying, what unit they are applying to and your experience so far!

Hello guys!! I’ve just found this thread today haha but congrats to anyone who has been interviewed and received an offer. I received an email today with an offer for Neuro ICU, did anyone else apply for ICU?? I was told I will hear back on the 7th so the email was so unexpected!!

Hi everyone!!

I just received an offer from the cardiac stepdown unit! Waiting to hear from two other hospitals this week so I will make a decision after that! Good luck to all!!

Hi guys! I got an offer for acute adult medicine track—they listed a few units I’ll eventually be assigned to, was that the case for anyone else? I’m very excited to start at Vanderbilt.

Do we know if there is any leniency with the 5 day decision marker to send in our acceptance? I interviewed with another institution today and am set to figure out about it on the 12th. I am overjoyed with the offer, but it seems like a really quick decision

So it sounds to me like adult acute care has made their offers! Has anyone heard back from any peds or critical care tracks?
