Hi guys! Vanderbilt's nurse residency program for Summer 2021 opened up yesterday. I'm starting this thread so we can all keep up with the process together! Who is applying?

I got the email at 3:23 pm eastern time. I applied for peds critical and acute care!?

Amazing! Did your email tell you that you will be interviewing for that unit? Or was it just an update.

It was just an update email. No specific info about interviews yet.

A couple people in my class got invited for a zoom call for NICU and Peds ED today. I got the update email saying we should hear something this week but that’s it. I applied for TICU.

I ended up getting an email as well. It said "video reviews have been completed and we wanted to update you and let you know that your application is currently being reviewed and more follow up communication should be sent by March 22nd". 

Did anyone else get this one?

I got this same email! I am confused though because some people got emails that said they would hear back within the next week?

I got that one too! Makes me nervous that it means we didn’t get an interview if others heard next week. I applied adult ED. However I got an offer somewhere else in a trauma level I ED so accepting there if I don’t hear soon.
