On the spot?! That’s awesome! Congratulations!!

I just got an email to schedule an interview with the renal transplant unit this week and also received the March 22nd email. I had put women’s health and NICU as my 1st and 2nd and transplant was my 3rd!

OMG exciting! Good luck! Thanks for the update ?

Does anyone know if $24.77 is average pay for Tennessee? I’m from Florida and hospitals in my area are paying $26-$30 for new grads. Just curious

If you don't mind me asking, how long did they give you to accept? So exciting!!

Yeah Tennessee is notorious for low pay. Vanderbilt is actually the highest in the Nashville area right now for critical care at $25.55 and I’m pretty sure Saint Thomas starts acute care off at $25 so Vanderbilt trails just slightly behind that. I wish they were starting at $26-$30... Vanderbilt’s differential is pretty good though so that will get you up in the $28-$29 ish an hour range if you end up working nights.
