Hey all, I know there is a current thread for the Winter 2015 residency program but I wanted to get advice from you experts about something. I live in California and a flight out to Nashville isn't exactly in my budget BUT I feel like a skype date would put me at a disadvantage. Did any of you skype and get offered the position?? Hi everyone! I was wondering if anyone might be able to share their experience with Vanderbilt's NRP, from the interview itself to the program. If you are in it, what are things you like/dislike, etc.?

Not anymore. They did grandfather employees in. This summer's cohort is the last of the employees being able to apply unless they have a BSN.
What about employees who are enrolled in RN to BSN programs?
