I received my acceptance letter to Valencia's Nursing Program for Fall 2015! I haven't been able to find anyone else for this semester, so I figured I'd start a new thread!
Orientation is July 17th, and I guess we'll find out everything needed at that time, but does anyone have an idea what else we can do to prepare until then?
I'm so excited, I cannot wait! It seems like it's taken forever to get here (going to RN school), but now it seems like it went by in the blink of an eye.
I know at orientation they gave us that paper with the class schedule and everything, but did they ever say when they'll post the CRN? I keep checking the secure nursing website and there's nothing. Just wanted to make sure before registration starts.

Tues and Thursdays are your Lab days. Do NOT be late to lab. If you are a minute late, you will have to make up a whole hour. You really do clock in on a computer that keeps track of hours. You will not being doing actual Clinical days until the last month or so of the term. It will be 2 days in a LTC facility. (Long Term Care) On actual clinical days, you will arrive at the location and be ready to start at 6:30am. Meet for a per-conference and end with a post conference. During post conference you will report on a patient. Clinicals will be ON your Lab day and will take the place of your lab day.
